John Burke is a celebrant based in Tasmania, Australia. John immigrated to Australia from the UK in 1986, moving to the small farming community of King Island, north-west of Tasmania’s mainland.

Living in such a community allowed John a valuable insight into the importance of relationships and experiencing daily life with others. Working in a range of jobs since then across Australia and Tasmania, John has been able to draw upon his experiences with friends, colleagues and clients in order to guide him through his own life. 

John has always taken great pleasure in helping others fulfil their potential and being able to see the results. He believes this is the best aspect of being a marriage celebrant - by witnessing couples’ dreams come true and watching their life journey together begin.

THE FINE PRINT*

• Travel surcharge may apply for non metropolitan areas.

• A surcharge may apply for public holidays, New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.

• You are welcome to supply your own witnesses, however couples often desire to keep their ceremony private. If you require me to supply two witnesses for your marriage ceremony, a fee will apply.
